Delivery

We offer shipping to Germany with DHL and the rest of the world with tracked postal delivery. Estimated shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during sale and holiday periods.

GERMANY
Standard (DHL, 2-4 days): €4.90

EUROPEAN UNION
Standard (tracked postal delivery, 3–7 days): €6.90

REST OF THE WORLD
Standard (tracked postal delivery, 5–10 days): €9.90

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

 

Return

We sincerely hope you will love your purchase, but if for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you can return the purchased item(s). 

Please note that returned items will only be accepted unworn in its original condition. Let us know which item(s) you would like to return via our contact page or email mail@kubrands.com and send your item(s) back within 14 days of receipt.

The customer pays for the shipping cost of the return. The item is in your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend you to send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Our return policy can be found here.
